About Us
Founded in 2014, Dominate Lacrosse is an elite travel lacrosse program based out of South East Michigan. Dominate's main focus is to stress the importance of player development, team work, and academic performance. We focus on getting our players better every day, in all aspects of life, on and off the field. We pride ourself on having a fun and positive culture.
Fundamentals: Our focus is to work on relentless fundamentals to get your players better every practice.
Coaches: Our elite coaching staff consists of former NCAA D1, current NCAA D1, current PLL, and other top collegiate
lacrosse schools in the country.
Culture: We provide a positive and high integrity culture at Dominate. We focus on putting in the work. We have a we vs. me mentality, and we stress the importance of academics and family being first priority!
College Recruiting: We help all our student athletes that want to play at the highest level by guiding them to the best Showcases, providing letters to coaches, film editing, references, mentoring, guiding and leading our young men to the next level.

Joe Mikkelsen
• Graduate from Michigan State University with BS in Packaging Engineering
• First Team All American all 4 years at MSU setting the countries faceoff record at 82%
• 4 years of coaching experience at Michigan State University leading the team to win a National Championship
• High School All American at Novi High with over 100 points during senior season
• Runs face off training business guiding 30+ student athletes to receive Division 1 offers
